There are lots of software issues but I won't go into details here because others have covered them and I know the guys at Enhance are working hard to resolve them all.
What I will say though is that the most basic part, the mount is a massive disappointment. Having cleaned and degreased my mounting area I installed the mount and was happy but only until the sun came out two days later and the adhesive failed allowing the screen to drop forward (toward the driver). The problem here is quite obvious, the screen itself is quite heavy and when attached to the mount is cantilevered toward the driver. That's fine when cold but as the car heats up the adhesive softens and then fails.
My solution is simply to add some rubber underneath the lower edge of the dash so as to resist the moment of rotation. See photos.
It's been perfect since, even on very hot days.
A better solution would be to increase the area of the base and extend it toward the driver so it is much more stable and has a bigger contact patch.
The other small niggle is reflections on the screen in daylight. 🫤
