Wow, an acquaintence recommended this product and I was a little sceptical, however, his enthusiasm for this product convinced me to buy. It has exceeded my expectations and I wonder why I didn't get it earlier for my previous model!!! I will now buy a commander and knob for my older model as well. Absolutely a game changer for the refreshed Model Y. All these features shoiuld be standard on the Model Y. Talk about lifting it's usability and functionality!!
To be able to turn off the annoying sound when you drive over the speed limit is worth the whole knob. But other than that I was a bit disappointed with the feeling of the knob. When I turn it it's not very distinct between the menus and one click can change two menus to either side. It still works but I have to look at the menu to know what menu is choosen.
I have found the S3XY Knob and Commander to be everything it was advertised to be. Don’t ever want to without this device.
