This set comes with 2 levers (left and right), a Gen2 Commander, a wire for it, a pry tool, and 2 additional adhesives. 

With it, you can control not only your turn signals and your drive states, but also assign any actions from a list of 200 features, such as:

  • Controlling the wipers
  • Flashing the high-beams
  • Preheating your battery
  • Move the passenger seat 
  • Adjust your recuperation

 

The S3XY Stalks are powered by CR2032 batteries, which will last over a year with normal use, and they can be replaced without having to take the unit off.

I was a little unsure buying this product due to the need to remove trim to fit the commander unit.

I did not need to worry.

The 'how to' videos are excellent and all the tools are provided.
The install took 5 minutes.
I followed the instructions in the app, updated the firmware and set the stalk and button functions up - all step by step guided in app.
The whole process took 15 minutes from start to finish.

I did need to contact support as I'd missed where the commander unit was in the box. The unit is quite small and light so I overlooked it in the black packaging.
Support came back to be really quickly with a photo of where the unit was located.

10/10 - well done all round.

Best mod ever! I never got comfortable using the steering wheel pushbuttons for turn signals (in emergency or high-traffic situations, where the time taken to look down to confirm which button to press for signaling can be the difference between a collision or avoiding one). With the installation of the SEXY stalks, my car is now safer to drive, using the signals is instinctual and easy, and the response is instantaneous. The installation was simple - the commander took at most 10 minutes to install, the videos were clear and helpful, and the supplied tools complete a professional package.

I was fortunate enough to be among the first to receive the new stalks for my Tesla in February 2025. The installation process with the Commander was effortless. The stalks arrived in a solid, well-packaged box, and their quality immediately impressed me — they felt superior to the ones in other cars I've driven. Previously, I felt the absence of stalks was the only major downside to my Tesla. Now, with the stalks installed, my driving experience is exactly as I’ve always wanted. It’s so much more comfortable not having to fumble for buttons during roundabouts or quick turns. I’m also really impressed with the LED stripe that blinks green and becomes red when there’s something in the blind spot. I highly recommend this accessory to anyone with the new Model 3!
