You may have recently received a push notification from Tesla indicating that your enhauto.com key was disabled.

There is no need to worry - this change was made intentionally by us.

As part of ongoing improvements, we have optimized and removed older, unused backend features. Customers who purchased S3XY products between 2021 and 2024 were using an earlier synchronization system we called “Cloud.” In early 2024, Tesla introduced a new Bluetooth-based API, which we have been using ever since.

The previous solution required your phone to run our app in the background at all times and maintain a constant internet connection. It could also become slower during peak hours due to heavier usage of Tesla’s servers. All of this has been improved with the Bluetooth API, which is why we have not offered the Cloud solution for the past two years.

If you are one of our earlier customers, you may have received this notification. Newer users likely did not, and this is completely normal.

Most importantly, nothing has been disabled on your end. All features continue to work as expected. Your Knob, Buttons, and Dash can still be fully synchronized with your Tesla via the Bluetooth API, available in Commander settings:

“Pair with your car”

If you have already completed this step, there is no need to do it again, and you will not see this option in your app.

We apologize for not notifying you in advance. That is on us, and we understand this may have caused concern. Please rest assured that everything remains unchanged, and your S3XY products will continue to work exactly as intended.
